We currently offer over 70 gluten-free products through our retail and wholesale channels, supplying over 20 stores and restaurants throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. Approximately half of our products adhere to the paleo diet and are naturally sweetened with raw honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar. The other half caters to the keto diet, being low in carbohydrates and free from added sugars. While we are able to achieve and follow both these diets, we simultaneously utilize alternative flours such as almond flour, coconut flour, cassava flour, and arrowroot flour, while refraining from using artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

September 2014-Paleo Mama Bakery's inaugural year with a small selection of products. What began with 20 Paleo items, has grown to over 70. What originated as Paleo has since grown to include Keto, Vegan, and a more extensive variety. What began with a small number of dedicated customers, has expanded vastly stretching across the country.
