Belle made me the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake (based off her carrot cupcakes) last weekend and all my guests who tried it could not believe it was free of almost all of the top food allergens! I have many food allergies and am so appreciative of Paleo Mama Bakery for making me a cake I could enjoy on my special day.

I’m a diabetic … with a sweet tooth. I’ve found that a paleo diet has helped me manage my blood sugar levels, but it’s been difficult to find great tasting “desserts” prepared using only paleo ingredients. Now I’ve found them. I’ve thus far tried Paleo Mama’s chocolate chip and cherry chocolate chunk cookies. Both are great!
